I've been gathering recipes and looking at accompanying images and I'm just going to dive in today!
My dream would be to open the cutest little bakery called Le Croissant - sunny and bright, french music playing in the background with an incredible array of sweet and savory croissants. Wrought iron cafe table and chairs would adorn the front so patrons could dive right in and eat their purchases!
Waking up now... task at hand... jumping in... here I go...
Can't wait to show you the fruits of my labor! More to come (this is not my image, thank you istock).

Make those croissants and then tell me if you still want to make them for a living! They are a lot of work! The big challenge is competing against Costco, Sams and big companies that make them in quantity. Still, it's fun to dream and I do it too! Sorry if I rained on your parade...Happy Baking this weekend!!!!
You didn't rain on my parade, no worries and I will definitely tell you how they turn out. I love to cook and I don't want to be afraid to try anything and this one recipe has eluded me for far too long.
If I was ever able to open a small bakery, I would make sure to have the commercial equipment that would do the roll out for me! :)
